Seminar: Keeping Customers Happy
Thurs., Dec. 5, 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Find out what customers expect from you, why people don’t buy, why they complain and how to turn complaints into opportunities. Taught by BBB CEO Michelle Corey, CAE.
If a busy schedule or your company’s distance from BBB’s office has kept your business from participating in the training seminars offered by BBB, a more convenient option is now available. As a pilot project, BBB is offering Accredited Businesses the chance to participate in the new Learning Library online webinars.
Learning Library features topics selected based on a survey of Accredited Businesses, with webinars on the top four vote-getters scheduled in coming three months. Each webinar will also be recorded and available for webinar participants to review later.
We’re offering the first webinar, Do’s and Don’ts in Advertising, free of charge so you can become familiar with the new program and take it for a test drive. Subsequent webinars will cost $25 per registration.
If advertising is part of your marketing strategy, you won’t want to miss Do’s and Don’ts in Advertising, presented by Michelle Corey, BBB CEO and president, and Tracy Hardgrove, vice president operations/administration, from noon to 1 p.m. on Thurs., November 21. Gain insights that can ensure that your advertising builds trust and does not mislead customers. Find out why some ads do not comply with BBB or FTC standards. Learn how honest, ethical advertising conveys trust to consumers.
Other webinars to be presented in the future include: Advertising and Marketing to Get Results, Social Media and Search Engine Optimization, and Effective Communication Skills.
To register for the webinar on the Do’s and Don’ts in Advertising, go to http://www.bbb.org/stlouis/events and sign up. Once registered, we’ll send you details on how to log on and participate.
