St. Louis, Mo., September 30, 2009 – Mosby Building Arts, Ltd., of Kirkwood is among two charities and ten businesses who are winners of TORCH Awards for exceptional ethical business practices from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Serving Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois.
Mosby Building Arts, a home remodeler and BBB Accredited Business, has racked up record sales by focusing on how customers will use the rooms and outdoor structures the company builds, then delivering what they want, says Scott Mosby, president and son of the founder, Samuel J. Mosby.
The company focuses on design-build projects. Mosby salespeople are all former carpenters, and are willing to refer a customer elsewhere if the project isn’t suited to Mosby. They put customer satisfaction above making a sale, a philosophy that has stood the company well, Mosby believes.
The BBB will present the TORCH Awards at a luncheon on Friday, Oct. 30 at the Chase Park Plaza. Tickets for the luncheon are available at $40 a person, or $400 for a table of 10. Patron tables for 10 are available for $1,500. Reservations can be made by calling 314-645-3300.
