I agree to arbitrate the above dispute under the rules of the Better Business Bureau, a copy of which I have in my possession, and appropriate state laws. I further agree that the decision will not include damages such as loss of wages, mental anguish, punitive, consequential or incidental; that the decision cannot go beyond the price of the product or service involved in the dispute; and that the decision will not go into allegations of legal violations or areas of the law which cannot be arbitrated. Finally, I have read this entire agreement and I agree with everything stated in it.
